dedicated and proactive Event Operations Assistant
to support our event management and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the event team, manage on-site event requirements, and handle related purchases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the event management team for setup, logistics, and on-site support.
Purchase event-related materials and office supplies as per requirements.
Attend client meetings and event planning discussions as needed.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of items to event locations.
Assist in the smooth execution of both corporate and social events.
Maintain proper records of purchased materials and vendor details.
Handle travel and transportation for events across different locations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in event operations or a related role.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Valid
driving license
(mandatory).
Willingness to
travel
for event coordination.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to timelines.
Immediate availability to join.
