Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketing Executive who can plan, promote, and execute marketing strategies for events both online and on-ground. The ideal candidate should be creative, well-organized, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure events deliver measurable marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies for events, exhibitions, activations, and brand launches Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients for smooth event execution Handle pre-event promotions including social media, email campaigns, and offline marketing Manage event logistics, timelines, and on-ground branding requirements Assist in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization Capture post-event insights, leads, and performance reports Ensure brand messaging and visual consistency across all event touchpoints

Requirements & Skills

1-3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or brand activations Strong communication and coordination skills Hands-on experience with on-ground events, exhibitions, or promotional activities Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotions Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have

Experience working with agencies, startups, or creative studios Familiarity with vendor management and event budgeting Interest in branding, storytelling, and experiential marketing
