to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our event marketing strategy. You will be responsible for organizing impactful in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the event marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals.
Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate events, trade shows, product launches, webinars, conferences, and partner events.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, content, design) to deliver cohesive event experiences.
Identify event opportunities and industry conferences that align with business objectives.
Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and event logistics.
Create promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement before, during, and after events.
Track event ROI and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Ensure all branding and messaging is consistent across all event touchpoints.
Manage post-event follow-up and lead handoff to the sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in event marketing, B2B preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo, Zoom) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
Creative mindset with a customer-first approach.
