We're looking for a tech-savvy and brand-minded Event Marketing Lead who can ideate, plan, and drive high-impact events from start to finish. This role is not just about execution--it's about owning the entire event journey, from concept to experience. Key Responsibilities:
? Event Ideation & Strategy: Conceptualize innovative, brand-aligned event ideas that resonate with our audience and business goals --be it Hackathons, workshops, activations, campus events, or corporate engagements
? Flow Design: Build the complete event journey--from first touchpoint to exit experience--ensuring it's engaging, impactful, and well-branded
? Ownership & Planning: Take full ownership of event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment
? Brand Experience: Ensure every event delivers a consistent and memorable brand experience--both visually and experientially
? Collaboration: Work with internal teams (design, content, ops, sales) and external partners to bring the event vision to life
? Post-Event Review: Analyze event success, gather feedback, and extract learnings for future improvements
? Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English. Bonus if proficient in Tamil or Hindi, Telugu for regional engagements

Travel: Should be open to traveling to different cities or locations as required for event execution
Must-Have Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in Event Marketing, with exposure to both large and small-scale
event formats
? A background in coding/tech--with a strong understanding of tech-driven audiences
and products
? Proven ability to think strategically about brand-led event experiences
? Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills with experience managing events
end-to-end
? Excellent communication and creative thinking capabilities
Nice-to-Have:
? Experience in EdTech, startups, or high-growth companies
? Exposure to on-ground activations across campuses, tech parks, and B2C settings
? A data-first mindset--comfortable using event metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine future campaigns
