Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into real-world experiences.
This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of GoComet's on-ground events -- from vendor coordination to booth creativity, hotel and production management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and brimming with ideas to elevate GoComet's presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end logistics for GoComet's events, including venue, production, travel, hotel arrangements, and giveaways.
Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, printing, production, and event material delivery.
Ensure all timelines are met from design approvals to on-site setup and execution.
Oversee on-ground team coordination at the Event.

Creative & Strategic Input

Conceptualize and execute booth and experience ideas that align with GoComet's brand and event goals.
Research and recommend global industry events and trade shows for GoComet's participation.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design event collateral, backdrops, and communication materials.

Post-Event Reporting & Follow-up

Oversee RSVPs, attendance, engagement, and feedback.
Maintain event databases and dashboards for tracking global participation.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Masters/ MBA degree in related field.
1-3 years of experience in corporate event management, B2B marketing, or brand activations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - must be prompt, reliable, and detail-driven.
Must have accountability.
Agency Experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
Creative thinker with an understanding of experiential marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel for on-ground events, both domestic and international.
