Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage events from inception to execution, ensuring flawless delivery.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendors, timelines, and internal teams efficiently.
Engage in lead generation and cold calling to support event acquisition and business growth.
Handle challenges and last-minute changes calmly and professionally during event operations.
Collaborate with creative, photography, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, event plans, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or management, preferably within the event or wedding industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to perform under pressure.
Client-focused, dynamic, and results-oriented professional.
