Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Event Manager
who can independently handle weddings and corporate events from client briefing to final execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage events end-to-end including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure excellent service delivery
Coordinate with designers, production teams, and vendors
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple events
Supervise event days and ensure flawless execution
Support business development and client retention
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in
wedding or event management
Strong client handling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
Knowledge of event production, vendors, and on-ground operations
Fluent in
English and Malayalam
(Hindi is an added advantage)
Willingness to travel for events

Compensation
?20,000 - ?50,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)
