Event Manager - Spiritual & Cultural Events (Hyderabad)
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and organized
Event Manager
with a
spiritual and cultural orientation
to lead the planning and execution of various devotional and community events. The ideal candidate will blend professional event-management skills with a heart for service, ensuring each event reflects our values of devotion, purity, and community welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage
spiritual, cultural, and social events
(e.g., festivals, bhajans, charity drives, and public gatherings).
Prepare detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate logistics -- venue setup, sound, lighting, decor, catering (vegetarian), transport, and seating.
Liaise with
spiritual leaders, guests, artists, and volunteers
to ensure seamless coordination.
Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and supervision during event execution.
Promote events through social media, posters, and community announcements.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational guidelines.
Oversee all on-ground arrangements during events and ensure smooth flow of activities.
Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field.
3-5 years of experience
in event management (spiritual, cultural, or nonprofit sector preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Understanding of devotional and vegetarian culture, with a respectful and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during festivals.
Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools.
