Role Overview

The Event Manager will be responsible for

planning, coordinating, and executing events

end-to-end -- from client briefing to post-event evaluation.
This role requires

excellent communication, multitasking, vendor management, and team coordination

skills, along with a high sense of ownership and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute corporate, social, and brand events from concept to completion. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized event solutions. Handle budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-ground management. Supervise setup, decor, sound, lighting, catering, and guest coordination. Manage teams of anchors, coordinators, vendors, and production staff. Ensure smooth event flow and quick resolution of on-site challenges. Develop creative ideas for event themes, branding, and audience engagement. Maintain post-event reports, photos, and client feedback documentation. Travel across cities for event execution when required.

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred) Confident client handling and vendor coordination Time management and problem-solving under pressure Energetic, presentable, and comfortable with travel & flexible hours Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Passion for events, creativity, and teamwork

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline Degree or certification in Event Management / Marketing / Hospitality is a plus

Work Timings

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexible during event days; late-night or weekend events possible)
