Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan and execute marketing events to promote academic programs and drive student enrolment.

Organize education fairs, open days, info sessions in collaboration with schools, colleges and industry partners.

Manage logistics, venue booking, vendor coordination, and budget control.

Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to generate leads and convert event footfall into enrolments.

Track ROI of events based on lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

Prepare post-event reports with performance metrics and insights.

Collaborate with the digital and content marketing teams to create promotional campaigns around events.

Develop event-specific collateral (flyers, brochures, banners, presentations).

Engage with local media and community partners to increase outreach.

Liaise with academic institutions, education consultants, corporate and government bodies.

Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Lead and train on-ground event staff and volunteers.

Assign responsibilities and ensure seamless execution during events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

6-8 years of proven experience in event management, preferably in the education industry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel frequently for events and outreach programs.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with higher education admission cycles and student admission strategies.

Creative mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.
