The first project will involve management of a personal event, with primary responsibilities focused on communication management and coordination among all stakeholders, in line with the directives provided.
The internship will be remote for the entire duration, except for a period
requiring physical presence at the event location from February 2026 to 10 February 2026 (8 days)
. During this period, the organization will provide logistics and food arrangements.
Any, additional duties may be assigned by the authorities from time to time, as required.
DUTIES:
1. Communicate with the internal management team to ensure day-to-day event operations meet established timelines.
2. Review and coordinate procurement details with vendors and external stakeholders.
3. Maintain and update existing record formats and create new records as required.
4. Liaise with guests and other stakeholders, managing intimation, invitations, and reminder cycles.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to information-sharing protocols.
6. Co-supervise event operations by taking ownership and monitoring team accountability
