Job Description
Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly events on our official event website and come up with suggestions to enhance the events success Planning and leading the promotional activities of the events with the Marketing team. Ensuring all events are conducted smoothly by working in synergy with associated teams involved and managing the event flow on the day of the event. (Offline event - Tech team, Product, Support team) Managing all post-event tasks. Handling customers queries and sponsorship queries about the events. Handling all logistics involved in sponsorship and ensuring all deliverables are completed from both sides. Coordination with store affiliates and sponsored members. Exploring and Handling Discord. Company-Specific Planning of Live Battle Events. (Finalizing dates, Commentators, Testing before going live, Coordination with all involved members) Review of all sponsorship queries for Cubing events and Record Attempts MOU Preparation for Sponsorships. Planning of Offline WCA events, 1 event per quarter. Handling Comments on Youtube during live battle. Taking Feedback from users about their experience with the Web App and Mobile App (once we have it) and ensuring all positive feedback and suggestions are implemented. Team cubelelo coordination (Siddhis Work) Coordination with Team members and conduction of Insta Live on Instagram
