As the
Marketing & Event Manager
for our retail jewellery and gold loan business, you will be responsible for
developing and executing 360 marketing strategies
to drive customer engagement, promote our products and services, and support overall business growth. You will manage digital and offline campaigns, coordinate in-store events, and serve as the key liaison between vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Planning and Execution:
Develop monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Coordinate implementation of marketing strategies across various channels.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies as needed.
BTL Activities Coordination:
Act as a single point of contact for below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities.
Coordinate BTL initiatives such as outdoor advertising and promotional events.
Agency Coordination for Creative Designs:
Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling creatives.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships with marketing vendors and suppliers.
Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate contracts for marketing materials and services.
Field and Store Visits:
Conduct field visits to assess marketing initiatives and gather customer feedback.
Visit retail stores to ensure marketing collateral and promotions are implemented effectively.
In-Store Events:
Plan and organize in-store events to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
Coordinate logistics, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Special Days Planning:
Develop marketing campaigns around special occasions and festivals.
Create promotions and offers to capitalize on seasonal trends and customer preferences.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Monitor digital metrics and optimize online campaigns for better ROI.
Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
Segment customer data for personalized marketing communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in retail or financial services
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time.
Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
