- Supervise event staff and ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Post-event evaluation and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of event management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in event management software.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
