Plan, develop, and execute event strategies that align with business goals and client expectations.
Manage the complete event lifecycle--concept planning, budgeting, vendor sourcing, logistics, execution, and event closure.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, production, and finance to ensure smooth operation.
Handle venue bookings, permissions, audio-visual requirements, stage production, hospitality, travel, security, and on-site execution.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.
Create event proposals, presentations, and timelines for client approval.
Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Supervise event staff, volunteers, and third-party partners.
Prepare post-event reports including performance metrics, feedback analysis, and learnings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
Proven 3-6+ years of experience in event planning and execution (corporate events preferred).
Strong project management, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, project trackers, and event coordination tools.
