Job Description

You will plan, organise and execute conferences, trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events. You'll handle everything from concept through logistics, vendor management and on-site operations to post-event evaluation -- and you'll also oversee the design, build and management of exhibition booths.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop event and exhibition concepts, budgets and timelines. Source and manage vendors (venues, fabrication, AV, logistics). Plan and coordinate booth design/build, transport, installation, on-site support and dismantle. Manage event logistics (registration, travel, accommodation, staffing, signage). Monitor and control budgets; optimise costs. Lead on-site operations and troubleshoot in real time. Evaluate event performance, capture learnings & prepare reports. Work across teams (marketing, design, operations) to deliver seamless events.

Required Skills & Experience:



Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and vendor-management ability. Proven experience in event management and exhibition/booth operations. Financial acumen: budgeting, cost-control, vendor negotiation. Comfortable working under time pressure, with travel and on-site hours. Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Business or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
