We're Hiring: Events Manager

Location: Bengaluru (On-site) | Full-time | 35,000-55,000 per month

With over 20 years of expertise and events executed in 40+ countries, our Events vertical blends meticulous planning with creative concepts to produce impactful conferences, product launches, and brand activations for global clients.

Our XploR vertical focuses on XR/VR innovation in events, leveraging immersive technologies, future-ready formats, and cutting-edge storytelling to create experiences that inspire conversations and redefine audience engagement. Together, these platforms give you the perfect balance of hands-on execution and visionary strategy, with plenty of room to grow.

You'll collaborate with top-tier clients, including Van Heusen, L&T, Hitachi, LG, JSW, MakeMyTrip, BHEL, Xiaomi, and more.

What You'll Do

Events Management (Core Focus)

Plan, execute, and oversee corporate events end-to-end--concept, design, production & delivery Manage technical & production aspects: stage design, AV setup, lighting, logistics & show flow Lead vendor & budget management, negotiating contracts to deliver seamless client experiences Build strong client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring trust & clear communication

Client Collaboration & Leadership

Act as a strategic partner to brand marketing teams, understanding their goals & translating them into impactful events Lead and mentor event coordinators and on-ground teams for flawless execution

XploR (Marketing Support Vertical)

Support lead generation & business development efforts for XploR software targeted at the same brand marketing clients Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies, track performance & drive growth

What We're Looking For

Mandatory: Strong background in event management with prior event agency experience 3-5 years in client servicing, event production, or marketing support Proven expertise in handling high-pressure, fast-paced event environments Excellent leadership, communication & relationship-building skills Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and flawless delivery
