ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and on-their-feet Event Manager to take ownership of our upcoming Health Wellness program~~ from pre-event planning to final execution. You'll be the point person managing vendors, timelines, and teams, ensuring the entire event runs seamlessly and reflects the Biotastic brand vibe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute the entire event end-to-end~ logistics, scheduling, coordination, and vendor management.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) and external partners for smooth execution.
- Ensure all creative, digital, and physical event assets are ready and on-brand.
- Create and maintain detailed event trackers, checklists, and progress updates.
- Must be willing to travel to Mumbai
