Position: Event Manager
We are looking for a
highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Event Manager
to lead the planning and execution of
TKC - Karnavati Carnival 2025
, one of Gujarat's biggest trade shows and carnivals.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Strategy
Develop and manage the complete event plan, timelines, and execution flow
Coordinate stall layout, exhibitor placement, and ground planning
Create and manage event checklists, SOPs, and duty charts
Vendor, Exhibitor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, artists, and agencies
Manage logistics, manpower, stage activities, competitions, and technical setups
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners
On-Ground Event Execution
Lead the setup, operations, and overall event management
Supervise event staff, volunteers, and supporting teams
Ensure timely execution of all activity zones--food, kids' zone, shopping arena, stage zone, etc.
Handle problem-solving and emergency planning
Team Leadership & Reporting
Assign and monitor tasks for event staff
Take daily updates and prepare actionable reports
Ensure event quality, discipline, and safety guidelines
Requirements
Experience in event/exhibition management (mandatory)
Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Leadership, multitasking, and crisis-management skills
Ability to handle large crowd events and multi-department coordination
Comfortable working long/on-ground hours during event days
Creative thinking with strong planning abilities
