Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and client meetings.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution of events.
Liaising with and negotiating with hotels, vendors, & suppliers.
Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including event reports, attendee lists, and financial records.
Suggesting new ideas & support in application event planning, strategy, and development, considering trends to achieve targeted revenue.
Focus on generating targeted revenue through the events.
Coordinate with other teams for better execution of events on the platform.
Ready to travel at short notice.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing/event agency.
Should have a good connection with various event fabricators and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
