About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying potential sponsors and creating a database of target brands and organizations
2. Drafting compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to potential sponsors\' interests
3. Reaching out to potential sponsors via email, calls, social media, and in-person visits
4. Following up with interested sponsors and organizing meetings to discuss sponsorship packages
5. Supporting the team in crafting marketing materials and presentations for potential sponsors
6. Working closely with the event planning team to understand and effectively communicate sponsorship benefits

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in sponsorship acquisition (minimum 1 year)
2. Proactivity & Initiative: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively follow up on leads
3. Basic Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with sponsorships and event marketing (preferred)
4. Organization & Attention to Detail: Strong organization skills to track sponsor communications and deliverables

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sponsorships secured).
