Open Roles in the Team:
Event Coordinator
Plan logistics, schedules, and resource allocation
Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders
Prepare event timelines, layouts, and run sheets
Production & Technical Lead
Handle AV, staging, lighting, and technical setup
Coordinate with production vendors
Ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements
On-Ground Crew / Event Assistants
Assist in event setup, execution, and teardown
Manage registration desks, backstage operations, and guest flow
Support the team in real-time problem-solving
Creative & Design Support
Collaborate on theme development, decor, and visual concepts
Coordinate printing, branding, and signage production
Ensure on-brand and visually cohesive experiences
Vendor & Logistics Manager
Source and manage vendors (catering, transport, rentals, etc.)
Oversee logistics, permits, and delivery timelines
Maintain vendor contracts and budgets
General Responsibilities:
Execute events according to brand, theme, and client expectations
Ensure all components--venue, staff, vendors, technical, and hospitality--are aligned and delivered
Coordinate rehearsals, live transitions, and contingency planning
Manage budgets and track expenses
Conduct on-site supervision and team coordination
Gather feedback and support post-event reporting
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or related fields (varies by role)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and multitasking under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
Familiarity with event tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar
A passion for delivering great experiences with high attention to detail
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
Experience with BTL activations, weddings, expos, concerts, or corporate events
Basic knowledge of AV/tech, design tools, or crowd control strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
