About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the events planner in designing events
2. Proposing new events ideas
3. Communicating about the event and promoting it (social media & emails)
4. Sending invitations to participants
5. Working on upstream preparation including transports, logistics, materials, & accommodation
6. Collaborating with stakeholders
7. Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company
8. Ensuring the success of the event: animation, support, & information
9. Working on follow-ups and management of the budget granted
