About Simmi Foundation Organization

Simmi Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to work for the upliftment and betterment of society. We work on creating awareness about environmental and social issues through educational seminars and interactive classroom sessions. Our focus is on creating awareness among the youth and the younger generation. We also focus on social issues, working towards educating the younger generation about burning social problems, and talking about topics generally considered taboo in our society, for instance, menstruation, malnutrition, and safety measures for women during pregnancy.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the organization in conducting the marathon event and getting leads and sponsors
2. Manage a team of 10-50 people with team members of various domains
3. Assist in connecting with corporate projects and collaborations
4. Work on pitching various innovative ideas to get leads for the event
5. Ensure smooth execution of the event for the social cause of providing sanitary pads for women

Note: Candidates with prior experience in event management will be given priority in selection.

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sponsorship amount).
