Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Bengaluru for Monalisa Mandal Makeup. The intern will support the planning and execution of makeup-related events, from bridal consultations and workshops to photo shoots and high-profile collaborations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, and providing assistance during live events. The role will also involve hands-on exposure to marketing tasks and on-the-job learning opportunities in event coordination and client engagement.

Qualifications

Event Planning and Event Management skills, with an ability to organize and execute activities smoothly Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Willingness to assist with Training sessions or workshops as needed Basic understanding or interest in Marketing to support promotional activities Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities Proactiveness and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment
