Job Description

As a Wedding Planning Intern, you will support our planning team in organizing, coordinating, and executing weddings and related events. This is a hands-on role that offers a behind-the-scenes look into the wedding industry, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and loves working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day planning and coordination of weddings and events
Research venues, vendors, and decor options
Attend client meetings and take notes
Help prepare mood boards, timelines, and checklists
Support during pre-event setup and on-the-day coordination
Maintain client records and project files
Communicate with vendors for availability, pricing, and logistics
Monitor and manage social media content (optional, if applicable)
Assist in sourcing props, favors, and printed materials

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and eye for design/details
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Social media or Canva knowledge is a plus
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed for events

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, PR, or related field
Passion for weddings and event planning
Previous event coordination experience is a plus, but not required
