We are seeking an experienced Event Operations and Conceptualizer Specialist to
lead the planning, creative conceptualization, logistics, and execution
of events that align with organizational objectives. This role blends
strategic idea generation and hands-on operational delivery
-- from initial concept through post-event analysis -- ensuring high-impact, memorable experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities

Event Concept & Strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event goals, brand positioning, and audience.
Develop
creative event concepts, themes, messaging, and formats
that align with business objectives and enhance participant engagement.
Prepare conceptual proposals, vision boards, budgets, and timelines for approval.

Operational Planning & Execution
Manage full
event lifecycle
from concept to post-event follow-up, including logistics, venues, vendor coordination, staffing, and compliance with regulations.
Oversee event operations including setup, registration, attendee flow, audio-visual coordination, and teardown.
Source and negotiate with
vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners
, including contract management and budget tracking.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, sales, design, technology, and finance teams to ensure events support organizational goals.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders on progress, risks, and requirements.

Budget & Performance Management
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile
post-event reports
to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.

On-Site Leadership
Act as the
point-person onsite
during events to manage issues, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure events comply with safety, health, and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field
(or equivalent experience).
3+ years' experience
in event planning, operations, or experiential marketing, preferably with demonstrated creative project work.

abilities.
Excellent
written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate inspiring event concepts and translate them into executable plans.
