Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative

Event Hostess and Social Media Coordinator Intern

to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about organizing live events and managing social media platforms for a beauty brand. The position is open to interns or freshers of any age group, and we encourage female candidates from Gurgaon to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Organization:

Plan, coordinate, and execute live events for beauty brand clients on a daily basis. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand strategies.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and engage with the audience. Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Monitor analytics to track engagement and campaign performance.

Content Creation:

Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and email invitations. Take photos and videos during events for social media posting.

Communication:

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.

Requirements:

Education:

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience:

No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
