: Job Title: Event -Head Function: Events Location: Lonavala Primary Purpose Is responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event. Major skills and account abilities of position (4-6 major account abilities) 1. Must be skilled in project management, Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office. 2. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability. 3. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management. 4. Excellent organizational skills, a team player with leadership skills and a knack for problem solving. 5. The ability to work well with a large group of people in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Should coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. 2. To check the Genre of Music playing in all Restaurants & Nightclub. 3. To make roasters of artist according to venues in the hotel and share with Event Manager 4. To coordinate with Guest Experience, Front Office Team to get the guests details who will be celebrating their anniversary, birthdays or any other special occasion. 5. To coordinate with Guest Experience Team for in house Experiential Activities. 6. To get Artist for the in-house events. 7. To make duty roasters of in-house artist and share with Event Manager. 8. To coordinate with the vendors/ partners for Barter events. 9. To make Events calendar based on upcoming days or festivals. 10. Should provide suggestions to enhance the event\'s success as per budgets and ensure adherence. 11. Lead promotional activities for the event and supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.) 12. Approve all aspects before the day of the event and ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. 13. Analyze the event\'s success and prepare reports. Experience and qualifications required for the job BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality management or related field is preferable. Should have Proven experience as Event Manager of minimum 5-7 years of experience. Minimum Qualification: BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality management or related field is preferable Minimum Job Experience: 05-07 Years Reporting to: COO Travel: N/A
