Job Description

Our event executive or planner organizes events from start to finish, handling logistics like venue booking, budgeting, marketing, staffing, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution, coordinating with clients, sponsors, vendors, media, and staff while managing risk, timelines, and attendee experience, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy

: Define goals, create timelines, develop creative concepts, and manage budgets.

Logistics

: Select venues, book accommodations/transport, arrange equipment, set up seating/signage, and manage setup/cleanup.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Liaise with clients, teams, coaches, sponsors, vendors, staff, referees, broadcasters, and local community leaders.

Marketing & Promotion

: Oversee advertising, ticket sales, and media relations to attract attendees.

On-Site Operations

: Manage event day execution, staff/volunteer scheduling, security, concessions, and immediate issue resolution.

Risk Management

: Develop contingency plans for emergencies and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.

Post-Event

: Handle feedback, evaluate success, and provide reports.
