Snapbot is a vertical of Studio Cahaya. As a Snapbot event executive/brand representative, you are the face of our brand and the heart of our operations at every event. You will bring our photo booths to life, ensure their smooth operation, and spread joy among guests.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gear guardian: You are responsible for transporting, setting up, and dismantling the photo booth equipment. Your role ensures that everything starts and ends perfectly.
2. Booth magician: Transform any space into a vibrant hub of excitement. Your skill in setting up our photo booths will be crucial to creating an engaging environment.
3. Joy spreader: With your infectious energy, you will be the life of the party, encouraging guests to enjoy the photo booth experience to the fullest by using props and striking poses.
4. Tech guru: Manage and troubleshoot our state-of-the-art photo booth technology to ensure a seamless experience throughout the event.
5. Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.
6. Show professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining privacy.
7. Embody Snapbot's values and mission in every interaction.
Requirements
Comfortable interacting with people and representing the brand confidently at events
Presentable appearance with good communication skills (English / Telugu / Hindi is a plus)
Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude - able to engage guests of all age groups
Willingness to travel to event locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn photo booth equipment and software
Ability to handle equipment responsibly - setup, teardown, and safe transport
Problem-solving mindset to handle minor technical issues during events
Professional behavior with strong attention to detail and respect for client and guest privacy
Physically fit to manage light equipment and stand for long durations during events
Freshers and interns are welcome - training will be provided
