Job Description

1.

Event Planning & Coordination



Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and schedules. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, entertainment, and decor. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Prepare event budgets and track expenses. Ensure all legal, health, and safety requirements are met.
2.

Client & Stakeholder Management



Communicate with clients to understand event goals and expectations. Provide regular updates and post-event reports. Handle guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
3.

Marketing & Promotion



Support in event marketing campaigns (social media, email, press releases, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance. Coordinate event branding, signage, and promotional materials.
4.

On-Site Management



Supervise event setup, registration, and operations on the day. Coordinate staff, volunteers, and vendors during the event. Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure smooth execution. Manage event teardown and post-event evaluations.
5.

Administrative & Reporting Duties



Maintain event documentation, contact lists, and databases. Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and ROI analysis. Provide recommendations for future improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
