3-5 years (Preferred in weddings, luxury events, or hospitality)
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end production planning and execution for events.
Coordinate with venues and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Handle vendor coordination, on-site setup, and ensure adherence to approved layouts, mood boards, and timelines.
2. Team & Department Management
Lead and guide the production team to ensure seamless execution.
Enforce SOPs and maintain internal reporting standards.
Conduct team huddles and training sessions for performance improvement.
3. Collaboration & Vendor Relations
Work closely with the Creative Team to bring concepts to life.
Research and source new materials and vendors.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate rates and services.
Ensure coordination across departments and alignment of deadlines.
4. On-Site Supervision & Safety
Conduct site visits and pre-event planning meetings.
Handle real-time troubleshooting during live events.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure venue compliance standards are met.
5. Reporting & Communication
Report progress and updates to the Production Manager (HOD).
Submit weekly/monthly reports and improve operational workflows.
Align with organizational goals and contribute to efficient execution.
6. Cost Negotiation & Analysis
Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
Prepare and maintain cost analysis sheets for all events.
Ensure timely vendor payments and post-event financial closure.
Work closely with the accounts team and cost controller for budget adherence.
