Position: Event Executive - Client Servicing (Female) Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Age Requirement: 22 - 30 years' Salary: As per experience & industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Maintain strong client relations through continuous follow-ups, physical meetings, and regular updates.
Conduct cold calling for lead generation and expand the client base.
Support event planning and execution by coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Travel for client meetings and on-site event management, ensuring client requirements are met seamlessly.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Manage on-ground responsibilities during events, including client servicing and coordination.
Remain flexible to work during late nights, weekends, and holidays as per event requirements.
Handle event-related pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
Requirements
Education: Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, or Journalism.
Skills:
Strong communication skills with excellent command over English.
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Client-oriented mindset with ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of events & willingness to learn.
Other Requirements:
Open to travel extensively for client meetings and events.
Comfortable with late-night schedules and working on holidays, if required.
Should be adaptable and capable of working under pressure.
