About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage event enquiries and bookings for our music-based events. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring smooth communication, follow-up, and coordination from initial enquiry through to post-booking logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to event enquiries via phone, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of all incoming enquiries and provide a daily report to the business owner
Handle event bookings, confirmations, and ensure all client requirements are documented
Communicate with clients post-booking to ensure smooth planning and coordination
Coordinate with the musical team regarding event schedules and requirements
Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, local transportation, and accommodation for the musical team
Ensure all event logistics are organized and communicated clearly to all involved parties
Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and follow up on all action items
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in customer service, event coordination, or a related field
Ability to work independently and report clearly on daily progress
Comfortable managing logistics and working with multiple stakeholders
Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools
Knowledge of the music or entertainment industry is a plus
