We're looking for an imaginative and detail-driven Event Designer to create impactful decor, theme-based experiences, and production-ready designs for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations.

Role Summary

As an Event Designer, you will lead the visual and spatial design process for events -- from ideation and mood boarding to detailed 3D layouts and production coordination. You'll work closely with the CEO, production team, and vendors to bring every concept to life with creative flair and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Ideation

Create unique event design concepts based on client briefs (weddings, launches, sangeet, exhibitions, etc.).

Develop theme boards, mood boards, color palettes, and element sketches.

Work with the content and marketing team for branding and experiential elements.

Technical Design & Layouts

Produce detailed stage layouts, entrance designs, photo ops, dining spaces, etc.

Generate 2D and 3D designs using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.

Ensure accurate measurements, scale drawings, and production-friendly outputs.

Vendor Coordination & Production

Share designs with fabrication vendors, check feasibility and materials.

Coordinate with decor teams, florists, lighting/sound teams for execution alignment.

Be present during pre-event setups to oversee execution quality.

Client Interaction

Participate in creative pitches and client meetings to present design concepts.

Modify designs based on client feedback, budgets, and venue constraints.

Maintain strong visual presentation standards during client walkthroughs.

Trends & Inspiration

Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, installations, and experiential ideas.

Explore sustainable and cost-effective decor alternatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Event Design, or related creative fields.

2-5 years of hands-on experience in event/stage/set design.

Strong proficiency in design software (SketchUp, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, etc.).

Artistic eye with a practical understanding of fabrication and production.

Team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and costings is a plus.

Telugu speaking (preferred for vendor/site coordination).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
