About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven

Event Designer

who can handle events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be strong in design presentations, client coordination, and on-ground event execution. This role requires both

creative thinking and practical execution skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative event concepts based on client briefs Design event layouts, stage setups, decor concepts, and themes Prepare detailed presentations and proposals using PowerPoint (PPT) Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and revisions Work closely with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams Manage on-site event execution, setup, and breakdown Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are maintained Handle last-minute changes and pressure during live events Ensure final delivery matches approved designs and client expectations

What We Are Looking For

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in event design and execution Strong command over

PowerPoint (PPT)

for professional presentations Practical knowledge of

event materials, fabrication, and decor elements

Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills during live event execution Willingness to work

flexible hours

, weekends, and travel to event locations Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused mindset

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of basic 2D layouts or design tools (added advantage) Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, or large-scale events Understanding of budgeting and vendor coordination
