Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Event Designer

with strong

2D and 3D design expertise

to conceptualize and design visually impactful event environments.
The role requires the ability to

translate client briefs into practical, execution-ready designs

that work on-ground--not just on screen.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Design & Visualization

Create

high-quality 2D and 3D event designs

based on client briefs and concepts Design

stages, layouts, stalls, exhibition setups, branding elements, and spatial environments

Develop

realistic 3D renders and technical drawings

for client presentations and internal planning
Execution & Collaboration

Work closely with

production and client servicing teams

to ensure designs are

feasible and execution-ready

Translate creative concepts into

practical structures, materials, and layouts

Make

design revisions

based on client feedback while maintaining creative quality and timelines
Quality & Innovation

Ensure designs align with

brand guidelines, event objectives, budgets, and production constraints

Stay updated with

event design trends, materials, structures, and innovations

Maintain high attention to detail across all design outputs
Requirements / Eligibility

5-8 years of experience

as an Event Designer / Experiential Designer Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD and 3ds Max

Experience with

2D design software

(Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent) Solid understanding of

event spaces, structures, materials, and on-ground execution constraints

Strong conceptual and visual design skills Ability to manage

multiple projects and tight deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
