Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
Event Sales & Decor Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and client-facing skills -- responsible for driving event sales, conceptualizing decor themes, and ensuring flawless execution that matches client expectations and brand quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage new business leads for weddings, social, and corporate events.
Meet clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Develop customized decor concepts and presentations to pitch to clients.
Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams for decor execution.
Supervise on-site decor setup, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and sales reports.
Keep track of event trends, decor innovations, and market insights.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in event sales, client servicing, or event decor (freshers with strong passion can apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong aesthetic sense and creative vision for decor setups.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or SketchUp) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
