: Event Strategist / Event Manager (Advertising & Real Estate Division

We are looking for a highly skilled Event Strategist / Event Manager to lead creative, large-scale, and experiential events for our Advertising Clients & Real estate clients. This role involves end-to-end event conceptualization, planning, execution, and post-event analysis while ensuring strong brand alignment and superior experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual event strategies tailored to advertising and real estate marketing objectives. Plan and execute events such as project launches, property expos, press meets, channel partner meets, and site walkthroughs. Lead the creative direction, branding, and digital enhancements to design immersive event experiences. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, sales, design) and external vendors for seamless execution. Manage all event logistics including budgeting, permits, staffing, vendor management, hospitality, and on-ground operations. Collaborate with marketing & PR teams to create promotional campaigns, event teasers, digital assets, and media communication. Handle post-event activities such as venue wrap-up, performance evaluation, ROI analysis, reports, and feedback collection. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, influencers, and clients to boost event participation. Contribute strategic inputs to improve event formats, adopt new technologies, and support company-wide brand initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in event management within advertising, marketing, media, or real estate sectors. Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand communication. Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor-handling skills. Creative mindset with strong visual and conceptual thinking. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
