We are urgently hiring part-time Event Coordinators (both male & female) for upcoming weddings and events.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the overall flow of wedding events
Supervise vendors, staff, and on-ground activities
Assist guests and ensure smooth execution
Manage checklists and support the event manager
Ensure timely completion of all event segments
Handle on-spot issues professionally
Requirements:
Good communication & management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Punctual and reliable
Event experience preferred but not necessary
