Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals -
Provide feedback and periodic reports to participants
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Organize facilities and manage all events details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
Proactively handle any arising queries and troubleshoot any emerging problems during the event
Conduct pre- and post event evaluations and report on outcomes
Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
Product Development: Expanding portfolio of the upcoming scientific events. -Public relations Financial, sales and sponsorship management. -Developed new business leads by mailing & cold calling prospective clients.
Analysing previous event information to design and improve the sponsorship scenario of current events.
Producing correspondence and documents and to maintain records, spread sheets and databases using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power- point, Excel, Access, etc. -
Networking with scientists, professors, researchers; students and industrialists.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
