Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and management of
events, activations, exhibitions,
and brand campaigns.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of all event requirements.
Handle on-ground logistics including setup, branding, registration, crowd control, and closing activities.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety standards, and government/local regulations.
Support budgeting, documentation, billing, and post-event reporting.
Prepare event kits, materials, and manage inventory.
Assist with client servicing and feedback collection during and after events.
Capture event photos and videos (as required) for documentation and marketing purposes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1-2 years of experience
in coordinating corporate, marketing, or promotional events.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of on-ground branding, production, and event vendor coordination.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; basic knowledge of budgeting tools is a plus.
Graduate in Mass Communication, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
