Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
Coordinate with vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
Manage schedules for the photography and videography teams.
Oversee event flow on the wedding day and troubleshoot any issues.
Create and manage detailed timelines for the event.
Provide a stress-free experience for the couple by handling all logistics.
Assist with post-event tasks and client feedback collection.
0-1 years of experience in wedding or event coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with wedding photography/videography is a plus.
Ability to work long hours on event days, including weekends
