Memories By Gopal Photography is looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to manage wedding projects from booking to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct welcome calls & onboard couples
Coordinate with families and vendors
Arrange & assign photography/videography teams
oCollect event timings, locations & logistics
Ensure team reports on time for all functions
oCoordinate invitation videos / pre-wedding deliverables
Monitor workflow, payments & client updates
oCollect footage, HDDs & files from team
Track progress & ensure timely delivery
