About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Event Coordinator
who can ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, a planner by nature, and someone who truly understands the importance of creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
o Coordinate with clients, teams, and vendors for seamless event flow
Manage timelines, logistics, and on-ground operations
Maintain clear communication across all stages of the event
Prioritize, plan, and execute every detail with precision
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu
(fluent) and
English
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Basic computer/system knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Passion for customer experience and attention to detail
Eligibility
Open to
both male and female candidates
Minimum
1 year of experience
in event coordination, client management, or a related field
