Job Description
SRK Exports is hiring an Event Coordinator in Surat. :
- Understanding requirements for each event
- Plan an event on paper and effectively implement it (In India & Outside India too)
- Managing the flow of activities to carry out the event
- Liaising with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill event requirements
- Booking venues and schedule speakers
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Location: Surat
- Ctc 4 - 7 lacs
- 4yrs Experience of working with an Event Company or Event Organisers (Must have)
- Skilled and experienced in Stage management
- Must be proactive
