Responsibilities: Venue Sourcing: Scout and secure diverse venues throughout Pune suitable for hosting improv events and workshops. This includes theaters, community centers, and other creative spaces. Event Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop engaging event concepts and themes. Coordinate all logistical aspects of event planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Vendor and Freelancer Coordination: Identify and contract with various vendors and freelancers for pre-event setup and post-event teardown. This may include sound technicians, lighting designers, and event decorators. On-Site Event Management: Be the point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Coordinate with venue staff and vendors to maintain the flow of activities. Participant Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for event attendees. Assist with registration, provide information about upcoming events and workshops, and facilitate networking opportunities. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success and identify areas for improvement. Use this information to refine future event strategies and enhance the attendee experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or performing arts industry. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
