Job Description
Our innovative and growing company is hiring for a event coordinator. Candidate must have hands on experience in cooperate event. Must able to create a task list and track assignments and coordinate with all event leaders .
Scheduling appropriate outside labour or contract help, such as caterers housekeeping, transportation & vendor management. Develop contacts and relationships with hotels to secure best possible rates. Candidate must possess professional etiquettes. Knowledge of event outdoor market. Must have strong communication skill (English)& presentable. Ready to travel all over Maharashtra. Any Bachelor degree with 2yrs experience. Experience in planning and execution of special events in corporate industry.
