Job Description

Job role:

Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget.

Concept development: Design the overall theme and creative elements of the event.

Budgeting: Create and manage a detailed budget, tracking all expenses to stay within financial limits.

Logistics management:

Book the venue, vendors, entertainers, and speakers.

Negotiate contracts and terms with all suppliers.

Coordinate event setup and arrange transportation and accommodations as needed.

Promotion: Assist with marketing the event, creating promotional materials, and managing invitations or ticket sales.

During the event

On-site supervision: Oversee all event operations, managing staff, vendors, and timing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Problem-solving: Act quickly to resolve any last-minute issues that arise.

Client relations: Serve as the main point of contact, making sure the client and guests are satisfied.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
